Located in the heart of downtown, the Emporium Room at Mercantile is ideal for company offsites, workshops, panels, networking events, and community gatherings.

With 2,500 square feet of flexible space, the room features exposed original brick, warm wood finishes, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. The open floor plan includes a cozy lounge area and a versatile study/work area with a mix of round and rectangular tables—perfect for adapting to your event’s needs.

ABOUT THE SPACE

Accommodating up to 100 guests, the furnishings of the Emporium Room include:

  • Lounge furnishings including soft seating, coffee and side tables

  • Eight mobile flip top tables (24" x 72") and sixteen brown leather chairs 

  • Three 48” round tables and twelve black dining-style chairs

  • PA system with microphones, mobile video screen and mobile white board

  • Coffee, tea and water service (additional fee)

AVAILABILITY

The Emporium Room is available evenings and weekends. We require a 2 hour minimum with each booking.

Monday - Friday, available 5:30pm to 11pm
Saturday - Sunday, available 7am to 11pm

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the space being shared with Mercantile coworking members, we are unable to host weddings and wedding receptions in the Emporium Room.
